1. Scope of These Terms

These terms govern access to Gambibet services by eligible customers in The Gambia. They apply to account registration, sports betting, live betting, virtual events, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, promotions and communication with customer support.

A person accepts these terms when creating an account or continuing to use Gambibet. Product rules displayed for a particular market, game, payment method or promotion also form part of the agreement. The more specific rule applies when it deals directly with the product being used.

Anyone who does not accept these conditions must stop using the platform.

2. Player Eligibility

Gambibet is available only to people who are legally permitted to gamble in The Gambia. Every customer must satisfy the eligibility requirements when registering and throughout the life of the account.

The main requirements include

• Being at least eighteen years old
• Living in The Gambia
• Using an account created for personal use
• Providing complete and accurate information
• Being legally allowed to place bets and play games
• Having no other active Gambibet account
• Having no previous account closure that prevents a new registration

Gambibet may ask for proof of age, identity, residence, phone ownership or payment ownership. Access can be limited while verification is in progress.

3. Personal Account Rules

Each player may hold only one account. A profile cannot be sold, transferred, shared or operated for another person. Creating another account to obtain promotions, avoid limits, bypass a restriction or replace a closed profile is prohibited.

Registration information must remain correct. A player should contact support when a registered phone number, name or other important detail changes. Gambibet may decline a change until the account owner has been identified.

The password and SMS verification codes must be kept private. Activity completed after successful authentication may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder. Suspicious access should be reported without delay.

4. Identity and Security Checks

Verification may take place during registration, before a payment, before a withdrawal or whenever account activity requires review. Gambibet may request documents or other evidence that confirms the identity of the player and ownership of the payment method.

Failure to provide requested information may lead to delayed payments, restricted access or account closure. Documents must be genuine, current and readable.

5. Deposits and Account Funds

Deposits must be completed through a method shown in the Gambibet cashier or through an authorised retail process. Available methods and limits can change because of provider availability, security controls or maintenance.

Money deposited into an account is intended for betting and gaming. Current rules require deposits to be wagered before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn. Attempts to use Gambibet only for moving money between payment methods may result in review or suspension.

A player cannot place a stake greater than the available cash or eligible promotional balance. Gambibet may correct funds credited by mistake and may reverse an invalid payment.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, wagering requirements and any applicable legal obligations. Gambibet may require a withdrawal to use a method connected with the player who made the deposit.

A request can remain pending while a payment, identity or security review is completed. Support may ask for the transaction amount, payment reference, registered phone number or evidence of payment ownership.

Promotional balances cannot be withdrawn unless the relevant offer expressly allows it. Winnings obtained through freebets, casino coupons or free spins are handled according to the conditions attached to that reward.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are governed by these terms together with the detailed rules shown in the sportsbook. A player is responsible for reviewing the event, market, selection, stake and final odds before confirming a ticket.

7.1. Bet Confirmation

A sports bet is accepted when it is registered by the Gambibet system and appears in the betting history or confirmation area. Adding a selection to the bet slip does not by itself create an accepted bet.

The current published minimum sports stake is 5 GMD. Gambibet may apply different limits to a market, event, player profile or type of bet. A stake above an available limit will not be accepted.

7.2. Changes to Odds

Odds can change between selection and confirmation. When the price falls, the new value may be presented for acceptance. When the price rises, the bet may be registered using the higher price.

The odds recorded on the accepted ticket determine the potential return. Prices displayed elsewhere before confirmation do not replace the value stored with the registered bet.

7.3. Single and Combined Bets

A single bet contains one selection. A combined bet joins several independent selections and multiplies their prices to create the total odds.

Every required selection in a combined bet must win for the whole ticket to win. A losing selection normally makes the full combination lose. A void selection is generally settled at odds of 1.00 and the total price is recalculated.

Selections that influence each other cannot normally be combined unless Gambibet offers them through an eligible BetBuilder product. BetBuilder conditions are displayed with the relevant match and may restrict sports, markets, stakes or compatible selections.

7.4. Prematch and Live Betting

Prematch markets are available before an event begins. Live markets are offered during selected events and their prices can move rapidly.

Live score information shown on the platform is provided for guidance. A player should not rely on a displayed score as the only source of information when making a time sensitive decision.

A bet placed after an event begins can be cancelled when it was not clearly offered as a live market. Bets submitted after the relevant event or phase has ended can also be cancelled.

7.5. Cancellation and Postponement

An unsettled market may be void when an event is cancelled, not completed or changed in a way that prevents reliable settlement. A postponed or interrupted event can be treated as void when it does not begin or resume within the period stated in the applicable sports rules.

Current general sports rules use a period of more than forty eight hours after the scheduled start for many postponed or interrupted events. A sport specific rule can provide a different treatment.

When a selection is void, the usual settlement price is 1.00. A single stake is therefore returned, while a combined ticket continues with its total odds recalculated.

7.6. Official Results and Corrections

Markets are settled using the result and settlement source recognised by Gambibet for the event. Later corrections may be applied when the official result changes within the period allowed by the sports rules.

An incorrect settlement, data feed problem or clearly wrong price may be corrected. Gambibet may recalculate winnings, void an affected bet or recover money credited through an evident error.

7.7. Maximum Winnings

The current sports rules permit Gambibet to cancel a bet or connected group of bets where the total potential or realised net payout exceeds 1 500 000 GMD.

Limits can also apply to particular events, markets, promotions and player accounts. The accepted ticket and applicable product rules determine the final limit.

7.8. Sport Specific Rules

Different sports use different settlement conventions. Regulation time, extra time, penalties, sets, quarters, retirements and abandoned events may be treated differently.

A player should review the rule for the chosen sport and market before placing a bet. The market title and sportsbook rules determine whether additional periods are included.

8. Casino and Virtual Games

Casino and virtual products are supplied through game and platform providers. Each title has its own rules, stake range, payout calculation and technical requirements.

Game outcomes are produced by the relevant system and cannot be changed at the request of a player. Gambibet may correct a result when a confirmed provider error, duplicate transaction or technical fault has affected the account.

Fun mode uses virtual credits and cannot generate a cash withdrawal. Availability of fun mode depends on the individual game.

9. Promotions and Rewards

Freebets, free spins, casino coupons, cashback and loyalty rewards have separate conditions. Those conditions can include eligible products, minimum odds, stake limits, expiry dates, wagering requirements and maximum winnings.

Rewards must be used by the account to which they were issued. Promotion abuse, coordinated activity or duplicate accounts may lead to cancellation of the reward and related winnings.

An inactive or closed account can lose an unused promotional balance. Expired coupons cannot be restored unless the promotion rules expressly provide otherwise.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Gambibet services must not be used for unlawful, dishonest or abusive activity.

Prohibited conduct includes

• Creating or controlling multiple accounts
• Allowing another person to use an account
• Using false or misleading information
• Using a payment method without permission
• Manipulating promotions or referral rewards
• Coordinating bets for fraudulent purposes
• Exploiting an obvious technical or pricing error
• Using automated systems without permission
• Attempting to interfere with games or platform security
• Using the account for money laundering or criminal activity

Gambibet may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict transactions, cancel affected bets and cooperate with competent authorities where required.

11. Suspension and Closure

An account may be suspended or closed for security, responsible gambling, verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical correction or breach of these terms.

A player may ask support to close an account. Open bets, pending payments and identity checks may need to be resolved first. Closing an account does not create a right to open another one.

Records can be retained after closure when needed for payment history, dispute handling, fraud prevention, responsible gambling or legal compliance.

12. Service Availability

Continuous access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failure, internet disruption, payment network problems or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt part of the service.

Gambibet is not responsible for a bet that was never accepted by the system. Players should confirm that every transaction appears in the relevant account history.

13. Intellectual Property

The website, software, branding, text, graphics and other protected material belong to Gambibet or its licensors. Personal access does not grant a right to copy, sell, modify or commercially reuse this material.

14. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised to reflect product updates, provider rules, legal requirements or security practices. The version published on the website applies from its stated effective date.

Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. A player who does not accept a material change should stop using the service and contact support about the account balance.

15. Applicable Law and Complaints

Use of Gambibet is subject to applicable law in The Gambia. A player should first submit a complaint to customer support with enough information to identify the account and disputed transaction.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
